Ken had the most incredible customer service I’ve ever received from anyone ever! He went above and beyond to make sure I understood how my cameras worked, spent detailed time getting them set up for me, sat down with me and made sure I understood the app, could log in, etc even followed up the next day to make sure all was working well and I felt comfortable using the equipment. Not only that, but randomly both times ken came over I had odd scenarios happen that he just offered to help me with - for example the first time he came my Honda got stuck in my driveway (the night before we had a large snow storm) and out of the kindness of his heart he helped me shovel my car out and push it out of the snow! Then the second time he came over I couldn’t lift a table through my kitchen door and he jumped right in to help. Just such a kind, helpful, honest guy. Their pricing was super fair, and what I like about these guys as opposed to other companies I looked into is that if I have any camera issues I’m struggling to troubleshoot, because they are local they can come over and help fix the problem. You guys have made me a customer for life and I would give my highest and strongest recommendation to anyone looking to add cameras and security to your home!!"
